We want to assure you that Brite Labs products, including our vape cartridges and pods, are not included in the CDC warning or investigation. Our vape products have only one ingredient and that is 100% cannabis oil, extracted from real cannabis plants.
Read our statement on why we believe it is important to use only 100% cannabis products. Our vape products do not contain and have never been formulated with diluents or cutting agents, including Vitamin E Acetate, propylene glycol (PG), vegetable glycerin (VG) or polyethylene glycol (PEG).
In fact, we are one of the first brands to be certified to not contain Vitamin E Acetate in a recent study by Cannalysis, one of Southern California’s top testing laboratories.
We strongly encourage our customers to purchase legal and compliant products through licensed retailers, stores, and delivery services to assure products are lab-verified, genuine, authentic Brite Labs cannabis products.

Yes! We are proud of our CO2 whole plant extraction methods, and work with several edibles & topical companies who contract us to process raw plant material into concentrates or distillate to be used in their cannabis and CBD products. We stand by our products and want our customers to 100% satisfied, however due to California regulations of cannabis products, as the brand manufacturer, your purchase is subject to the sales policy and return policy of the authorized reseller from whom you purchased the product. Ultimately, the authorized retailer must give final approval of any requests for refunds or replacements.
If your product is defective or malfunctions, please initiate a return or exchange with the licensed, authorized dispensary or delivery service from whom you purchased the item(s). Please provide proof of purchase and, if appropriate, photos and written description of the product issue. If the dispensary is unable or refuses to issue a refund or exchange for reason, please contact us for assistance so we can follow up and do our best to resolve the issue on your behalf.
